Betrayal Trauma Therapy

Support for individuals navigating the pain, confusion, and emotional aftermath of sexual betrayal or marital betrayal by a partner.

Understanding
Betrayal Trauma

When the person you trusted most shatters that trust, everything feels uncertain

Betrayal trauma often stems from discovering that a partner has been unfaithful: through pornography use, affairs, compulsive sexual behavior, or hidden secrets.

It’s more than heartbreak. It’s a deep, psychological wound that impacts your ability to trust, feel safe, or even know what’s real.

Many clients feel confused, ashamed, emotionally overwhelmed, and deeply isolated. This isn’t something you just “get over.” It’s something we can heal through together.

"As soon as I walked through Jennifer’s door, I knew I was in the right place. Jennifer listens with genuine care and never makes me feel like my feelings are wrong. She has a gift for teaching and helping me understand what I’m experiencing, often giving me the words I didn’t know I needed. I’ve learned so much from her, and I’m incredibly grateful for the guidance and support she’s given me."
