EMDR & ART Therapy
Trauma-focused therapy using brain-based techniques to help you process painful experiences, reduce triggers, and feel safe in your body again.
What is EMDR & ART?
You don’t have to talk through every detail to begin healing
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) are evidence-based, trauma-informed therapies that help the brain and body process distressing memories in a safe, structured way.
These approaches can be especially helpful when talk therapy alone hasn’t been enough or when revisiting trauma verbally feels too overwhelming.
Both EMDR and ART use bilateral stimulation and guided visualization to help you reprocess traumatic experiences, reduce emotional intensity, and gain relief from PTSD symptoms, anxiety, and emotional reactivity.

"It’s difficult to put into words all the ways that Jennifer’s gift to help others has blessed my life. I tell everyone I know about how wonderful she is because I want them to experience the healing I have! I’ve been going to Jennifer for about 8 years, having suffered from PTSD, deep loss, depression, and betrayal trauma. Therapy with Jennifer has not only given me the knowledge and tools to find the strength to get through it all, but has helped me HEAL.
She has an unmatched ability to know what you need, how to help you put words to experiences, and how to help you understand why you feel the way you do (and that it’s okay to feel that way!). We have used EMDR and ART together and I know that they have helped me immensely!
These techniques have helped me to process my trauma and memories and I have been able to find peace and experience joy in my life moving forward. Therapy truly saved my life. My gratitude for her is immeasurable. "

Begin the
Reprocessing Work
When you're ready, we’ll begin EMDR or ART sessions at a pace that works for you. You don’t have to relive the trauma to heal, you just need a safe, structured space to release it.
